This Cookie Policy explains how TORKEHUB PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company," "we," "us," and "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website at https://www.torkiai.com ("Website") and use the Torki AI Services.
Our approach is deliberately minimal. Torki does not use tracking cookies, third-party advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. On our main website and app we do not set cookies at all — we use your browser's local storage for a small number of essential and functional purposes, described below. The only cookie we set applies to Torki agents that run on other websites.
What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small data files placed on your device when you visit a website. "Similar technologies" include local storage and session storage, which let a website store information directly in your browser, on your own device. We rely primarily on local storage rather than cookies.
Cookies set by us are "first-party"; cookies set by another party are "third-party." We do not allow third-party advertising or analytics networks to place cookies through our Website.
Browser storage we use
On our main website and app, we use first-party local storage (and, for some administrative tools, session storage) instead of cookies. This data is stored only on your device and is not used to track you.

We do not use IndexedDB.
Analytics
We use our own analytics, computed on our servers from data already in our systems, to understand how the Website is used so we can improve it. This is cookieless — there is no analytics cookie, no analytics local storage, and no visitor or device identifier created for analytics. Your usage data is not shared with any third-party analytics or advertising provider.
Third-party and embedded contexts
- Embedded Torki agents. When a Torki agent is embedded on another website (or used as a public agent), the
torki_visitor_idcookie above keeps your conversation with that agent continuous. Because this can run inside another site, the cookie usesSameSite=None; it remains first-party to Torki and is not used for cross-site advertising. - Canvas / Forge preview. To run code you create, Torki loads it inside a sandboxed preview frame that is isolated from the rest of the app. That frame may load open-source libraries from public content-delivery networks purely to execute your code; it cannot read the cookies or storage of the main app.
- Payments. When you make a purchase, you complete payment through our processors, Razorpay and PayPal. Those providers may set their own cookies on their own checkout pages, governed by their privacy and cookie policies — not by this one.
Private Mode
When you use Private Mode, your conversation is not saved to your account history on our servers. Private Mode concerns what we store server-side; it does not change the essential and functional browser storage described above.
Your choices
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through our cookie settings ("Manage Cookies"). Strictly necessary cookies and storage cannot be switched off, as the Services rely on them. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
You can also clear or block cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings (usually under privacy or site-data settings); guidance is available for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Opera. Clearing this data will sign you out and remove unsaved Canvas/Forge drafts and your saved preferences from your device.
How often will you update this Cookie Policy?
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the technologies we use or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when it was last revised.
